This is the last song that Greg wrote lyrics to before he passed. It was supposed to be for our hardcore band, but it sounds a little more haunting stripped down.

“Panic” from the Cure v. Smiths show

11.1.12 - Sunset Tavern (Seattle)

I’m playing a solo set tomorrow for the Smiths vs. Cure benefit show. Come out. It’s a good cause and I’ll be singing some surprise covers (unless you know me, then the covers are pretty obvious).

“Casper”

I’m pushing forward, sometimes, I miss you. But you were gone by the time summer left. I wait patiently for my loved ones. The cold finds a new home in this flesh-wrapped tomb. My successes are for me alone and the ghosts of my life before. Spectator to specter. I’m haunted by laughter I’ll never hear again. The bus rides to the lake are always alone, while you embrace true love and build a new home. I sigh hopelessness. Sobriety is funny especially when your dying and horny.

Writing new songs.

Prepared to get hella bummed.

“Bit Part” (Lemonheads cover)

When I can’t sleep, I make a lo-fi version of one of my favorite songs.

Fancy CD version
